Warsaw

From 3 to 9 September 2007, the city of Warsaw, Poland, hosted a Jewish cultural festival, just before Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. We sent a team of four Jewish believers in Jesus and two German believers in Jesus. Once there, we were joined by some Polish Christians who have a desire to see the Gospel brought to our Jewish people, and who have a desire to see the Gospel proclaimed to the Polish people from Jewish lips. Perhaps for the first time since the end of the Second World War (maybe even in all history), Jews, Germans and Poles stood on the streets of Warsaw, proclaiming the Good News of the Messiah Y'shua. What a testimony of the reconciling power of the cross! In addition to many conversation and more than 9,400 tracts that were handed out, the team members gathered the names and addresses of 11 Jewish people and 36 non-Jews who want to know more. We are very grateful to the Lord for this wonderful opportunity.

Berlin

In September 2007, a team of Jews for Jesus hit the streets of Berlin with the Gospel. The team consisted of seven Jewish and seven German believers in Jesus. During the five days of outreach, they handed out over 27,500 tracts and gathered the names and addresses of 7 Jewish people and 28 non-Jews who wanted to know more, while 16 German believers expressed desire to learn more about opportunities to share the Gospel with the Jewish people in Germany. We are very grateful for your prayers and believe the Lord is answering them, leading us back to the streets of Berlin in December this year. Please continue to pray as the Lord works through us in the hearts of Jews and Germans alike.
