Phoenix is the location of our newest outpost. While a young metropolis, it ranks as one of the fastest growing cities as well as now being the 5th largest city in the United States.

With the growing numbers of young Jewish and Jewish-Gentile married couples relocating to the Valley of the Sun (the Jewish population now surpasses 100,000) we've centered our work in Scottsdale; although we reach out to the whole Phoenix Valley, as well as Tucson, Flagstaff and the outer parts of Greater Phoenix.

The campus of Arizona State has over 3,000 Jewish students enrolled and offers a Jewish Studies program. We are looking to establish a Jews for Jesus presence there.

Resources

Jews for Jesus - Phoenix desires to be a resource to local churches and ministries to help in their outreach to the Jewish people they know. We are available to meet with Jewish people through in person visits as well as on the phone or through the mail to help them to understand and consider the Messiah Yshua. Bible studies will begin later this fall for intermarried couples or Jewish/ Gentile dating couples. Call for more details. Jews for Jesus holds special events as well for believers and seekers alike to come together and celebrate the Jewish feasts and holidays like Passover, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kipper, Hanukkah and Purim. These events combine both the traditional elements of the holidays as well as is their significance in light of Jesus’ teaching.

Jews for Jesus is well known for handing out pamphlets on street corners and engaging those in conversation who are interested to know more. We are hoping to build a core group of volunteers who would like to share their faith on the streets and campuses.

For local believers in Jesus: Jewish or not we would love to get to know you. We have a variety of opportunities for volunteers, prayer partners and those who are interested in supporting our outreach in the Phoenix area.

We also offer a host of programs for local churches. We can provide professional quality messages from the Word which offer unique insights from a Jewish Christian perspective. We can also provide programs to help Christians communicate the gospel to Jewish friends and acquaintances with warmth and sensitivity.
