Street corners used to be places where people hung out to meet and greet and talk about important stuff. These days most people walk down city streets pretty quickly—everyone wants to get where they’re going fifteen minutes ago. Some may have a moment or two to stop and chat, but those who hang out on street corners for much longer than that—well, the important stuff they are discussing might just be an illegal deal or something else you want to avoid.

So where do people hang out to chat and give their opinions these days? Well, here you are. Presumably you’ve stopped by at a time that is convenient for you and you are sitting in a reasonably comfortable place. And you’ve got important stuff to say, right? Or maybe you’re not ready to say much at the moment, but you are thinking through important issues and want to see what others have said or are currently saying about those issues.

Look right and you’ll see where you can enter the cyber-street corner of Jews for Jesus chat. You can either hang out in the background and listen, or mingle and chat with others who are gathered from all over the United States--sometimes all over the world--to talk about important stuff regarding being Jewish and believing in Jesus. Check out the Jews for Jesus web forums, the contemporary kiosk where you can speak your mind and read other people’s thoughts at a more leisurely pace. Either way, you are bound to find cool people, some of whom will agree with you, some of whom will disagree. Express yourself, learn . . . keep thinking and talking about important stuff. Believe me, that new reality show that’s on tonight isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Come hang out with real people who will think and talk about real stuff that can truly make a difference in your life.
