With all due respect to Frank Sinatra and the city of New York, I titled this article with thoughts of Chicago, where our annual summer campaign training is about to begin. Sixteen Jews for Jesus staff and volunteers are gathering at Moody Bible Institute for the most rigorous, comprehensive two-week Jewish evangelism training program that we know how to provide.

Once upon a time the Catskills were THE place for New York Jews to go and beat the summer heat. These days, the mountain resort is home to New Age religions and various other communities—most Jewish visitors now are from the Hasidic or ultra-Orthodox communities. What happens if you send us the name of your unbelieving Jewish friend? Your friend will receive a letter of testimony from a Jewish believer on our staff, and a sample copy and offer of free subscription to ISSUES, our publication for Jewish seekers. She or he will also be able to request a free book to learn more about Jesus. Though we need your name and contact info for our records, it will be kept strictly anonymous. If your friend does not wish to receive further information, we will not send it.
