Silence Is Golden

We piled out of our cars then prayed in the parking lot that God would bless our efforts. We walked around the comer to where we could see hundreds of people pouring from the movie theaters while hundreds more lined up for blocks waiting to pour in.

Promoters of the Silent Witness

A growing number of unbelievers have become more committed to stifling the gospel than believers are to telling it. When we accept the idea of a silent witness as the proper way to do evangelism, we fall into the very hands of those who want to neutralize our testimony. This should come as no surprise, yet many of us are not alert to the danger.

A Messianic Progress Report

These are exciting days for Jewish believers in Jesus…perhaps the most exciting since the first century! The Messianic movement has made tremendous headway in dispelling the myth that developed—the myth that Jews cannot believe in Jesus. The dynamic growth which has taken place in the last twenty years is not merely the work of gifted men and women, but the ministry of the Holy Spirit. This progress is the work of God, and it is God who will complete His work. (Philippians 1:6)

Lights: Blinking or Blazing?

What do Bob Hope, Bing Crosby and Mitch Glaser have in common? We've all been on the road to Singapore." Only I wasn't singing and dancing and ogling Dorothy Lamour. Well, actually, I did do some singing and just a little dancing…but the only thing I ogled was some magnificent scenery. I was just one of many proclaiming devotion to the Bright and Morning Star—Y'shua.

Anti-Missionary Mischief

Received any harassing letters lately telling why you should reject faith in Jesus? The Jews for Jesus staff have been receiving unwanted and unwelcome mail. Some letters and literature are to annoy us, other communications are designed to dissuade us from our faith.
