What’s a nice Italian girl from Brooklyn doing working at Jews for Jesus?! Anna Marie became a follower of Jesus through a friend who faithfully shared God’s love and challenged her to read the Bible. While reading the Bible, God revealed Himself to her and gave her compassion for others who do not know God, especially those who are poor and homeless. (Isaiah 58:7-8) Her love for the Jewish people is also a gift from God and, while working with Jews for Jesus, she has been given opportunities and a special sensitivity to minister to Hasidic people. As the office and facilities manager, Anna Marie oversees building operations and maintenance, administratively handles financial and legal matters, and shares God’s love with the many people who call and visit the New York branch (and she can give you a great recipe for homemade tomato sauce if you ask her for one!)
